1. Can you make lever back earrings?
Answer: Yes we at Fabulous Flair are capable of using hook, lever back, clip on, and any other finding available to top our earrings.
2. Are you able to make sterling silver earrings?
Answer: We are able to use sterling silver for our earring tops, however we still do not have the capability to silversmith complete earring pieces. We may also use hypoallergenic and nickel free findings upon request.
3. How do I get free shipping?
Answer: You must contact us with your order instead of using the PayPal checkout to receive free shipping. PayPal checkout automatically calculates shipping with your order and does not allow for free shipping coupons. Fabulous Flair will issue an invoice manually through PayPal to your email address for your order less shipping and your payment choices remain the same as through PayPal checkout.
4. Is my free shipping still insured?
Answer: Yes, although you will not be charged for shipping, insurance is included in all orders. We want to make sure all orders arrive in the condition it left our store. Insurance gives the customer and us the assurance that shipments lost or damaged will be covered.
