EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We are confident that your unique jewelry will be received with the feeling of excited anticipation. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. It is very important that you contact us first via email with your concerns, to authorize an exchange or refund before you send us your jewelry. Upon receiving your email, we will respond within 2 business days. After receiving the item(s), we will promptly send your exchanged item(s) or money back within 5 working days.
•Exchange: Goods returned within 30 days of receipt, in original/unopened condition, can be exchanged for any other item of the same value. Please contact us if you have any questions. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
•Refund: We will cheerfully refund your purchase for you to receive a full money back guarantee. Your jewelry must be returned in its original and unopened condition, within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds do not include return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

However, Fabulous Flair does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Shell, glass beads, and other items used in crafting jewelry may vary in size, color, and shape creating the uniqueness of each piece. The color of photographs may vary from monitor to monitor, depending on the settings on each computer. This is completely beyond our control. We have endeavoured to describe the colors of our jewelry pieces as best we can, to help you with your choice. If a product offered by Fabulous Flair is not as described within reason, your sole remedy is to return it in unopened/unused condition.
